Hays are working with an established business in Telford who are looking for a Marketing Administrator on a permanent basis.
Your new role
As a Marketing Administrator your role will involve:

To support the Marketing Communication Manager in producing in-house marketing support material for the commercial team. To support the Marketing Communication Managerin producing in-house marketing support material for the commercial team.

To produce packaging deigns concepts and liaise with necessary internal and external stakeholders with amendments and sign off process. Generate full artwork and manage the process with suppliers.

Devise a monthly plan with the Marketing Communications Manager and generate content for both LinkedIn and Facebook. Understanding the needs of both individual platforms.

Research the market to establish competitor communications across product information, sustainability, exhibitions, and social platforms and ensure our internal information is up to date.

Work with internal stake holders to create cohesive internal communications.

Organise marketing collateral to support the commercial team at customer events, design exhibition panels / pop ups for what is needed. As well as managing stock levels of give aways and marketing comms.

General administration tasks such as post, samples and ad hoc requirements in support of the team.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you will need to have an established Administrative background with exposure to Marketing. You will be confident with the above tasks.
