A regional main contractor with an exciting £25m project to start imminently is looking to add an experienced construction Project Manager to their team.
Your new role

  • Project Leadership:
    Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate project activities.
  • Risk Management:
    Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Budget Control:
    Monitor project costs, track expenses, and optimise resource allocation.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Health and Safety:

  • Qualifications:
    Relevant degree in construction management or related field.
