Hays Education are working with a number of secondary schools across the Leicestershire area that are seeking experienced English Teachers to join their teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in teaching English to students of all levels and be able to create engaging lesson plans that foster critical thinking and creativity. The candidate should also be able to work collaboratively with other Teachers and staff members to create a positive learning environment for students.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students of all levels.
• Create lesson plans that foster critical thinking and creativity.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members to create a positive learning environment for students.
• Assess and evaluate student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Participate in school events and activities as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English or related field.
• Teaching certification or equivalent.
• Strong background in teaching English to students of all levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
