Your new role
As a Building Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in projects. Your primary focus will be on contract administration, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion. Here's what you'll be doing:
Contract Management: You'll manage all types of programs and contracts proactively.
Quality Assurance: You'll examine and analyse contract documents. Your attention to detail will contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality projects.
Client Liaison: You'll collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in maintaining strong relationships and addressing any project-related queries.
Technical Expertise: Drawing from your 2-3 years of contract administration experience, you'll provide professional advice on all aspects of property and construction.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in building surveying or related field
2-3 years of practical experience in contract administration
Proficiency in relevant software tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.)
Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
