HR Administrator Immediate start 7 Months + £14phr +holiday pay Weekly pay

My public sector client is seeking an experienced administrator to join a busy team. You will be able to demonstrate an excellent background within Admin/Senior Administration. Any experience within a HR function or a resourcing function would be an advantage. This role is mainly remote with 1 day per week on site in central Manchester. However there may be an occasional need to go to other sites as and when required.

The HR Administrator will provide essential administrative support within the Human Resources department. As the first point of contact for HR-related queries, the HR Administrator plays a crucial role in maintaining efficient HR operations.Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist with the hiring process, including creating job postings and scheduling interviews.
  • Enter employee records accurately into the company database.
  • Organise meetings and take minutes.
  • Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations.
  • Confidentiality and Compliance
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information.
  • Basic knowledge of Data Protection, GDPR, and the Freedom of Information Act.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adapt the communication style as needed.
  • Customer Service:
