Graphics Teacher
Leicester-based secondary school
Full-time & l ong term role until the end of the academic year (July)
Teaching Graphics to KS3 & KS4
Hays Education are working in partnership with an Ofsted 'Good' 11-16 secondary school that are seeking a full-time Graphics Teacher to join their team until the end of the academic year (July). Due to this being a long-term role, full teaching responsibilities will be required, including planning and marking.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of the Graphics curriculum.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress and assessment results.
Job Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Recent experience teaching Graphics at KS3 and KS4.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff.
The ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
