IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT: MRICS Senior Building Surveyor - £75,000 + Package + Benefits + Flexible Working!

About them:
The company are a well-established international Professional Practice providing Property and Construction Consultancy services. Their team of experts collaborate to deliver exceptional solutions to their diverse clientele with their Building Consultancy team.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Administration and Project Management of fit-out, refurbishment and repair contracts

Undertaking Technical Due Diligence; Building Surveyor's inspections and preparing reports

Preparing and negotiating schedules of dilapidations/preparing exit strategies

Preparing planned preventative maintenance plans

Party Wall Matters

Building Pathology

Acquisitions

Defect analysis inspections and reporting

Fee proposals

Assisting with co-ordination of portfolio instructions and undertaking other duties from time to time as may be reasonably required

Making sustainable business links with both external and internal clients and providing professional and excellent client service at all times

Some travel will be required in this role

What you get in return:

Competitive salary £65,000 - £75,000
