We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Engineer for an aerospace company in NI.

Your new role
The core purpose of the Quality Engineer is to have responsibility for process excellence and continuous improvement, whilst ensuring effective delivery of 100% customer satisfaction through the achievement of all quality assurance targets. Mon - Thurs 8am - 4.30pm and Fri until 1pm

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have a HNC Level 3 or above in Engineering or other relevant discipline and 5 years' experience within manufacturing / engineering, or a similarly regulated, environment. Experience working to quality standard and quality management systems requirements. A proven track record of problem solving and supporting business improvement initiatives. Experience with internal and external audits. Working knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP processes, along with their requirements, would be desirable but not essential. Good analytical and numeracy skills supported by strong Microsoft Office experience. Ability to work effectively within a team, reacting to changes and disruptions in manufacturing to ensure quality standards and customer requirements are maintained. Ability to develop professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
