You will be working for a growing consumer goods business in Liverpool on a temp to perm basis.
Your new role
Working as part of a dedicated team of five, you will be responsible for dealing with customer service enquiries and orders, queries about products and delivery via phone, email and social media channels. The role is 65% customer service and 35% sales driven, with the sales element being following up with customers in relation to samples having been sent out to them.
What you'll need to succeed
This role requires someone with an excellent telephone manner, professional writing abilities and strong IT skills. You will need to have recent relevant experience in a similar role and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience of using shopify is an advantage but not essential.
What you'll get in return
This role offers Monday to Friday 9-5 working hours, free parking, with a view to becoming permanent.
