Job Description

This dedicated reseller of Microsoft Dynamics NAV software based in Swindon and Manchester is looking for a Resource & Office Co-ordinator for their Manchester office.

This is a varied role where you will work closely with the technical and functional teams to review current tasks and progress. You will also be responsible for General Office Administration, Reception Duties, Health and Safety and Site Facilities.

You will require
- Strong communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent command of the English language
- Outstanding analytical, administrative and organisational skills
- Good time management skills
- Experience within office administration

You will be:
- Self-motivated and able to work alone
- A team player, flexible and keen to get involved in a number of different tasks
