Your new role
This company, due to continued growth, have an exciting opportunity for a 2nd Line support analyst to join the team and provide outstanding support to their clients. You will be working closely with the Service Desk Manager in a highly dynamic role which will give you the opportunity to get involved with a range of tasks and projects, meaning every day is different.
Key Responsibilities for the role include:
. Providing support to clients via the support system and ensuring excellent customer service is provided.
. Diagnostics of support cases with the help and support of the rest of the team.
. Taking a proactive approach to the maintenance of client networks using support tools.
. Working with the team to implement policy and procedure.
. Engage in technical projects which includes meeting clients onsite.
. Helping train and develop junior team members.
What you will need to succeed
. Experience of working in a 2nd line support role.
. Good troubleshooting/problem solving skills.
. Office 365 and Azure administration and troubleshooting skills.
. Windows Server.
. Microsoft Exchange.
. Knowledge of virtualisation software.
. Exposure to cloud services.
