Job Description

Compliants Advisor, specialist complaint resolution, ownership

Your new company
You will work for a social housing company in the Staffordshire region, one that is constantly expanding its service and setting high expectations of the service it offers.
Your new role
You will act as the first and main point of contact to resolve issues when the service levels expected by the client have fallen below expectations. The role will have a mandate to identify, investigate and resolve issues so that positive outcomes are received.
What you'll need to succeed

  • End to End complaint handling and resolution
  • Experience of a range of situational complaints
  • Experience of investigation of complaints
  • Clear communication to all stakeholders during an investigation
  • Ability to gather information and use data to improve service
  • Housing experience
  • What you'll get in return
    An hourly rate of between £12-£15 per hour dependent upon experience.
