Hays is currently working with a school based in West Birmingham that is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Year 6 Primary Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to Year 6 students. They will be expected to plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that challenge and inspire students to achieve their full potential. This is a long-term opportunity that could become permanent.

What you'll need to succeed
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that challenge and inspire the students to achieve their full potential.Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies.Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and school events.Uphold the school's values of respect, kindness and excellence.Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Experience of teaching in a primary school setting, ideally with experience of teaching Year 6.A passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to delivering high-quality education to all students.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.A commitment to the school's values of respect, kindness, and excellence.What you'll get in return In return, you will be paid a competitive daily rate and be fully supported by department colleagues and SLT.
