We are recruiting two Recovery Navigators to join our team in Weston-super-Mare. Working in an integrated way with our partners in the Mental health and wellbeing Integrated Network Team (MINT), we support clients with moderate to high enduring mental health difficulties to find coping strategies personally and within their community.

Based at The Coast Resource Centre, Diamond Batch, Weston-Super-Mare, you will work as part of a multi-professional team with representatives from PCLS, Adult Social Care, AWP to name but a few, in order to complete support conversations and interventions with clients referred into the MINT hub. You may also need to attend daily Multi-Disciplinary Discussions (MDDs) within the hub to discuss referrals following a completed support conversation.
