Your new role
Based in their residential children's home in Ely, you will be supporting young people in their daily lives, providing care and support in all that you do. As the young people in your care will have experienced traumatic early years, you will provide a stable and safe presence and work with them to achieve desirable outcomes.
The shift pattern consists of long days with some sleepins on a shift rotation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in children's residential care and hold an NVQ level 3 in children's social care. It is also essential that you are a driver.
