Our Client, who are based in the South, are seeking a competent Estates/Commercial Surveyor to work with their busy Estates Team.
The role will involve general estate management work on a variety of property with a particular emphasis on industrial and business parks.
Daily duties are varied and will include: service charges, rent reviews, lease renewals, lettings, rent arrears and tenant liaison.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, a chartered Surveyor, you should have a proven track record working with both private sector and public sector clients within the Estate Management field and be able to travel to site/meetings when required.
What you'll get in return
The role offers an initial 3/4 month contract, which can be worked on a 4/5 day basis to suit you.
