Valuation Surveyor

Your new company
A large real estate firm is looking to appoint a valuation surveyor with experience dealing with commercial, industrial and leisure sector properties. The Manchester office is based in the city centre with easy access to local amenities and public transport. The office is 70 head strong across office agency, industrial agency, investment, building surveying, ratings. Due to a steady pipeline of work, they are now looking for another to join the team.
Your new role
Your new role will see you working across multiple clients and bringing in fees continuously throughout the year. The team meet in the office a couple of times a week to discuss clients and individual plans for the week and the rest of the week offer hybrid work. The role is rather autonomous, so you will be free to manage your own time and client base.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have few years' industry experience as a RICS registered Valuer. However, the role is open to much more senior professionals as Partnership is available to experienced applicants. You will possess a full UK driving licence and the ability to travel between site and office and enjoy delivering a personal service to your clients.
