Talent Acquisition Partner required by a consultancy to join their business to work on site with clients. This is a permanent position, offering a salary range between £50,000 and £80,000 + Bonus, depending on your skill set and experience.
In this role, you will work on a number of short/long term engagements to deliver talent acquisition solutions to a range of clients across London and potentially Europe. Roles rang from being very strategic and reviewing operational improvements to being sat on site with the hiring managers, resourcing candidates and scheduling interviews/offers. You will need to be hands on with clients, providing an end to end recruitment delivery service, ensuring that their hiring needs are met. You must be able to demonstrate a genuine ability to build business relationships. This is a very team' oriented work culture and you will split your time between being onsite with clients and at the office with your consulting TA colleagues in Waterloo.
- Experience working for an MSP is most desirable however candidates demonstrating both agency and in house recruitment experience is also very relevant. Pur in-house background also considered.
- Experience recruiting technology roles
- EQ (Emotional Intelligence) - ability to be commercially minded whilst remaining consultative/sense of urgency
