4+ Years PQE experience

Professional experience working for a Surveying Consultancy

Professional working experience:

Condition Surveys/ Reports

Due Dillegence

Building Inspections

PPM

Party Wall Matters

Asset Disposal

Repairs and Refurbishment

Fit out management

Business Development

Ability and autonomy to run your own client portfolio

Proven ability to achieve fee targets
