Our contact centre within the Debt Management department are looking for a new Customer Service Advisor to join their awesome team. The role of a Customer Service Advisor within Debt Management is to answer all incoming communications via Phone, email or webchat to help our wonderful customers make overdue payments. As debt is often a difficult topic of conversation, we would love someone who will have empathy for our customers, yet be quick to help find a solution to their problems and ultimately keep payments up to date.

To get involved in this exciting opportunity, our ideal candidates would have:

To be successful, you don't need to have contact centre experience, you just need to have experience somewhere in helping to solve problems. The best part of it is, you don't have to have traditional customer service experience, we have a variety of backgrounds and experiences within the team, so don't be put off applying if you do not come from an office environment. Working hours will be: 37 hours per week working 08:00 - 20:00 including 1 in 3 Saturdays. This will be on a shift rotation.
