Process Improvement Manager

Your new company
You will be joining a company with almost 50 years worth of expertise in their field. They are manufacturers in the Polyethylene industry, striving to innovate and produce the best quality products across energy & power, gas and water sectors. You are joining in a time of real progression and growth within a company that is seeking to implement a company culture of Lean and continuous Improvement methodologies.
Your new role
You will be joining as a Process Improvement Manager, working with senior directors to implement a culture of operational excellence, manage and improve current processes and reporting, lead and manage problem-solving activities and projects across the site and facilitate and coach teams through problem-solving processes.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be educated to a degree level or HND equivalent or, alternatively have at least 5 years' experience within Manufacturing Management. Previous experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment is needed. You will need to have qualified to a Green Belt Level in six sigma, black belt would be desirable but not vital. Strong communication skills and a good attention to details is important to succeed in this role.
