Location: 3 roles available in Bury St Edmunds and Lowestoft.
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £32,630 per annum, dependent on experience

About the Role:
We are working with one of the region's leading charities dedicated to providing respite care for children and young people. We are seeking three experienced social care professionals to work as a Deputy Manager for three new Children's Homes in Suffolk. The successful candidate will assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to our children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Registered Manager in ensuring the home meets all necessary standards and regulations

Help develop and implement policies and procedures

Support a team of care professionals

Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for children and staff

Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in a similar role within a children's residential setting

NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

Excellent understanding of the needs of children in care

Strong leadership and management skills
