This is a fantastic opportunity join the Level 2 Support Team of our our Client at their Malvern location. The role will primarily be to support customers and internal stakeholders.
Purpose of Job
- Support users and internal stakeholders on using the platform, by telephone, online messaging and email
- Liaise with internal and external suppliers providing services.
- Provide expert knowledge across the business on the Company's platform, portal and APIs
- Good general IT knowledge, in particular around web/SaaS online tools
- Good communication skills both verbally and written form
- Basic MySQL understanding
Other desirable skills...
- Knowledge of PHP would be advantageous
- Supporting Servers, AWS/Linux
- Experience using tools such as ServiceNow, Salesforce and JIRA
