Your new school
We are working with a school in the heart of a village community in Caerphilly county borough. The school has around 300 pupils, from nursery to year 6. The school is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for pupils, staff, and families, and offers a curriculum to develop the four purposes of education. The school is looking for a primary school teacher for their year 3 class, to start as soon as possible, on an ongoing basis.

Your new role
As a year 3 primary school teacher, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that cover all areas of learning and experience. You will assess and report on the progress and attainment of pupils. You will provide feedback and guidance to pupils and parents/carers, and set high expectations for behaviour and learning. You will work collaboratively with other staff members, and contribute to the school's vision and ethos, participating in professional development activities, and keeping up to date with current educational policies and practices.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will need to have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), and experience of teaching in Key Stage Two. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents/carers.
