This company has been in operation for over 40 years and they have become a leading name in the regulated market that they operate within. Due to continued success and growth, Hays has been appointed to recruit a Compliance Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting time to start your career with the organisation. On offer is a full-time permanent position and the hours of work will be 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Your new role
As compliance Administrator, you will work within the Regulatory compliance team, who are responsible for ensuring all consumer protection and regulatory compliance requirements are met within the company. Your main duties will include: assisting the team with the gathering of documentation for the filing of regulatory compliance returns. Assist the Regulatory Affairs team with the completion of internal audits and spot checks on various organisational functions. Complete review checks on emails, telephone calls for quality assurance on regulatory compliance matters. Review and assist in the preparation of customer-facing documents/contracts and policies. You will assist in the review and completion of complex complaints and correspondence and perform general administration duties as required.

What you'll need to succeed
As Compliance Administrator, ideally you will have a 3rd level qualification and will have direct experience working in a regulations or compliance role. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be confident liaising with people at all levels via verbal and written forms. You will have excellent attention to detail and be capable of analysing legislation and highlighting relevant trends. You will be proficient in MS Office, work well as part of a wider team and on your own initiative as required.
