Your new role
In your new role as Quality Leader, you will be responsible for a small team of supplier quality engineers ensuring suppliers are as efficient as possible, deploying quality process improvement techniques across the supply chain network.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this Quality Leadership role, you will need to be qualified to at least HNC level in a relevant engineering subject, with considerable experience in quality engineering roles. Alongside this, you will need to have strong working knowledge of core quality tools such as 8D, 5Y, PFMEA etc.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of around £45,000 - £50,000 dependent on your experience, as well as excellent company benefits including holidays, pension and flexible working.
