Your new role
As Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the manufacturing team. You will be responsible for planning and organising, prioritising workload and ensuring production targets are met. You will work closely with the production planner to address any current issues. You will be constantly monitoring and reviewing current processes, implementing improvements, and ensuring smooth operations. You will ensure quality and health and safety guidelines are followed.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years in a highly regulated manufacturing or engineering environment with experience of leading teams of 15-20 people. You should have strong problem-solving abilities with adaptability to change and the ability to resolve issues. Good communication skills are essential.
What you'll get in return
You will be working in a day shift role. Your hours of work are 6:45am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 6:45am to 1:30pm on a Friday.
