Continuous Improvement Lead

Your new company
You will be working for a global company, who are at the forefront of their industry, who produce some of the world's most recognisable brands here in Northern Ireland. As a Continuous Imoprvement Lead you will be a key influencer in building relationships across the site to push the boundaries for performance and drive significant cost efficiency.
Your new role
You will be joining the company as a Continuous Improvement Lead, tasked with developing and coaching cultural change to encourage Zero Waste, lead strategic improvement projects with Lean six sigma and other Lean Manufacturing Techniques. Working alongside your colleagues will be an important part of this role to allow for joint accountability on the overall improvement of the lines.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a strong leader and be able to communicate across all levels of the plant, alongside having strong knowledge and experience in a Continuous Improvement Manufacturing environment. You will need experience utilising manufacturing techniques, specifically 5S, Lean six sigma, and other lean methodologies. Having a NEBOSH qualification would be desirable.
