Hays is working with a leading manufacturing organisation in the Bedford area. Looking for a logistics administrator based in the warehouse office.
To provide administrative support to the logistics team.Your new role
Your responsibilities include:

Act as the first point of contact for internal and external visitors.

Accurate and timely input of import declarations.

Import/Export data collation and reconciliation.

Identifying and implementing improvements to processes and systems to drive administrative efficiencies.

Create systems documentation and training guides for processes.

Resolving internal queries.

General administrative tasks and document management.

What you'll need to succeed

Have a critical and analytical approach to work.

Advanced level of MS Excel (including Lookups and pivots).

Proficient at manipulating large datasets using formulae and data analysis techniques.

Positive and proactive approach

Excellent customer service skills

Self-driven and able to take initiative.

Strong attention to detail
