Records Management Business Partner
Records Management Business Partner required to join a regulatory body based in the heart of Brighton.
The Records Management Business Partner will be supporting the Records Manager and will be a business facing role making sure that the record management policies are understood and are being applied properly across all business areas.
. Knowledge of Records Management related legislation: Public Records, Freedom of Information and Data Protection Act, GDPR and Department for Constitutional Affairs Code of Practice
. Experience of Records Management and Information life cycle creation, storage, security, retention and destruction of documents and records applied across Legacy systems and new IT systems
. Strong stakeholder management skills typically evidenced though experience in Project and/or relationship management
. Experience of overseeing time-critical business processes and of influencing others to take appropriate action within deadlines.
. Experience of proactively identifying risks, issues, and opportunities to develop enhanced ways of working to improve Records Management and the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation;
