Responsibilities:

  • Cover a range of topics, including programming languages, algorithms, data structures, software development, and computer hardware.
  • Create engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards, ensuring students grasp fundamental concepts.

  • Student Engagement and Support:
  • Evaluate and assess students' comprehension and mastery of computer science principles.
  • Provide individualised attention to students who need extra support.
  • Foster a positive learning environment where students feel encouraged to explore and experiment.

  • Lab Management:
  • Assist in managing and maintaining the school's computer lab.
  • Collaborate with department staff to ensure the lab remains accessible during the day .
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and keep the lab equipment up-to-date.

  • Research and Innovation:
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to discuss research opportunities.
  • Contribute to groundbreaking research in computer science, whether through practical applications or pedagogical advancements.

  • Qualifications:
