Your new role
Your role will include preparation and implementation of mechanical contracts, as well as managing and coordinating tight deadlines. You will be responsible for planning and programming labour and projects effectively, leading the site team and direct labour, and communicating with client and design teams. A maximum of one weekly overnight stay in London is required for this role.

What you'll need to succeed
From a Mechanical background, either time served Plumber/Pipefitter or with an HNC+ qualification in a Building Services discipline, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager with extensive knowledge of HVAC installation working on £multi-million projects. You will be able to d emonstrate clear and visible leadership, strong commercial awareness with capacity to absorb responsibility and accountability whilst providing direction, motivation and coaching to others.
