You’ll help recognise performance and reward achievement. A varied role, you’ll drive a wide range of rewards projects. You’ll:

•    Advise on salaries for new hires and promotions

•    Analyse and report on rewards issues such as gender pay gap, internal / external benchmarking or annual reviews

•    Manage our international transfer population

•    Ultimately help instill a culture that motivates people to perform at their best.

…you’re highly numerate with excellent analytical skills. You:

•    Are proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Word

•    Can turn data into meaningful insights, and can share the story with others 

•    Are organized and efficient, you improve existing processes and have close attention to detail

•    Are a self-starter, hungry to get involved in a wide range of rewards projects.
