The Group Transformation Office (GTO) supports the business to deliver predictable sustainable change across Reckitt’s operations, manage the heat of our ambitious transformation agenda and build our project and change management capabilities to accelerate Reckitt’s trajectory. The Group Transformation Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Corporate Portfolio and Transformation Director in coordinating the GTO’s activities, monitoring the health of Reckitt’s transformation portfolio, providing project and change management programme assurance, and delivering capability-building activities across our community of programme teams and business leaders.

You will be part of the Global Strategy and Transformation function, a dynamic and influential team who operate at the heart of global headquarters, shaping the future of Reckitt. This role presents a unique opportunity to oversee all aspects of the business, across all business units, functions and markets

- Have had involvement in large projects and change management activities, ideally within commercial functions such as marketing, sales, finance, M&A.

- Have excellent project management, people and organisational skills.

- Have had experience in global or regional roles, ideally in a transformation capacity.

- Have strong analytical skills and commercial acumen, able to distill complex information into digestible insights.

- Be curious with a strategic mindset, focused on solution-finding and problem solving.

- Be an expert in embedding new ways of working, with a keen analytical and methodical approach.
