IT Service Manager | £48k | Yeovil

Role: Service Manager

Salary: Up to £48,000

Location: Yeovil

Are you an experienced Service Manager that is looking for a change? Want to join a company that are currently undergoing a large digital transformation and is looking at how they manage and roadmap services for their thousands of daily users both internally and externally?

You will be responsible for customer facing IT & digital services and be working cross functionally and across teams to enable continued improvements across the business as a whole. As the business continues to grow and engages further in it's digital transformation you will play a key part in providing leadership through major incidents but also working with the strategy & delivery teams to ensure customer needs are being met.

The ideal individual will have worked in an medium sized organisation and have a background in ensuring disaster recovery plans are in place as service outage or lack of continuity could effect thousands of customers daily.
