Flexible Primary School Supply Teachers required for teaching cover in Birkenhead, Wirral, EYFS, KS1 and KS2

We are currently working with a significant number of schools on a daily basis across the Birkenhead area and are looking for Wirral based teachers who can provide cover in these schools. We are looking for flexible and dedicated primary school teachers to join our team of professional and reliable educators. You will be working in various schools in Birkenhead, covering classes from EYFS to Year 6, depending on your teaching experience and background. Work available will include daily and short-term cover assignments, as well as longer-term positions, and may be full or part-time, depending on your availability.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of all pupils and the school's expectations, and may be required to plan and assess work depending on the role.
You will also be expected to follow the school's policies and safeguarding procedures, and maintain a positive and respectful attitude at all times. What you'll need to succeed
To be eligible for primary supply teaching work in Birkenhead you must have:

  • A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
  • A valid DBS check (or be willing to apply for one)
  • A minimum of 6 months of UK teaching experience in the last 2 years
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching
  • A strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Reliability, dedication and professionalism at all times
