R&D Project Lead/Associate - Personal Care

Focusing on our Personal Care brands such as Veet, Clearasil, Intima & Nenuco, you’ll make sure our existing product portfolio remains competitive, compliant and safe. You will be liaising with our external manufacturing partners to ensure supply continuity and building collaborative relationships with key internal partners and stakeholders (Regulatory, Supply, Quality, Medical, Safety etc). Ultimately you’ll be breathing new life in to our existing cosmetic portfolio to ensure our products continue to solve real problems and improve the lives of millions of people globally.

You’ll succeed because…

…you’re a creative and tenacious problem solver. You’ve led projects before, so you know what it takes to deliver on time and to high standards. Degree qualified in a scientific discipline, you’re also able to communicate effectively with colleagues from different fields. You will be required to develop, manage and coach a small team of 2 junior associates.  Independently minded, you’ve a healthy curiosity and the drive to deliver in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
