In this Talent Acquisition Sourcer job, you will play a key role in the company’s next phase of growth and will be working with the Talent Acquisition team and Human Resources teams - based in Nottingham, Derby and Hull - to understand the long-term strategy of the business’ talent needs.

Your talent acquisition responsibilities will be hugely varied, and you’ll be sourcing candidates directly, via traditional and innovative online/offline channels (our ATS, LinkedIn, Totaljobs etc). You’ll hire the next generation of talent. Responsible for helping us continue to grow our business as we take it in new and exciting directions, you’ll:

- Report directly to the Talent Acquisition Lead for UKI ANZ

- You’ll work with the Talent Acquisition team to support with direct hiring and talent pipelining, with an emphasis on sourcing candidates directly, via traditional and innovative online/offline channels

- Build talent pipelines and deliver recruiting campaigns for repeat or volume hiring areas 

- Grow a warm pool of engaged talent for future hiring needs, who are aligned to our business and our values

- Qualify and interview prospective candidates, via telephone or face-to-face

- Understand the market, trends and challenges and devise recruitment campaigns and strategies that work

- Find innovative ways to identify and attract ‘difficult-to-reach’ candidates

- Provide an excellent candidate experience every step of the way

- Ensure quality and rigour in how we select candidates

Get involved in and support on other key talent acquisition projects around recruitment and selection, employer branding and EVP, social media projects, diversity and inclusion in attraction, Referrals scheme, onboarding and systems streamlining and many, many more!

You;

- Understand recruitment channels, media and direct sourcing methods – you know how to maximise brand awareness and drive candidate interest

- Can translate a brief into a clear and consistent candidate story

- Have excellent interpersonal skills, able to influence at every level and you will have strong written communication expertise to write engaging and captivating job descriptions, social content and reach out messages

- Are articulate, persuasive, genuine and a team player who is always willing to help

- Are exceptionally organised, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines autonomously

- Have a thirst for learning and a commitment to ongoing development
