If so, we are searching for several new posts, of Social Workers and Principle Social Workers (with the view of taking on the manager's role after registration) based within our Family Residential home in Essex, to work directly with complex families where there are safeguarding concerns and there may be a real risk of them otherwise coming into care. Successful candidates will work alongside the Social Workers and families to coach parents to improve their parenting abilities and support children primarily aged under 5 to reach their full potential.
