Job Description

Temporary Job-Technical coordinator / administrator to work in social housing



Main Purpose
Working within a busy housing repair team providing back office support, you will primarily be responsible for the administration of changes to the database/updating the information held on the repair schedule and register. This will range from, but not be limited to updating spreadsheets, cancelling jobs and re-raising orders with external contractors. The role will require coordination with required internal and external stakeholders.
There is a significant backlog of repair jobs that have been carried out but need allocating to the correct workflow. Good investigative skills will be needed along with having meticulous attention to detail.
