We’re looking for brilliant care workers to be based in our Newcastle Accommodation services. You’ll support a various range of customers; from personal care tasks to accompanying them in the community, enabling them to engage in their social interests.

About you

You’ll be caring, flexible with your approach, good communicator and have experience of supporting or caring for vulnerable people. We’re committed to making the customers feel comfortable in their own homes, so no uniform is required however you will be provided with full PPE where necessary.  

You’ll promote independence and ensure privacy, rights and dignity is always respected. Our customers suffer from a range of medical conditions with diverse backgrounds, you’ll be committed to delivering care in a non-discriminatory way.
