Making every penny count. That’s when it hits home

We have a fabulous opportunity for you to join our brilliant Financial Planning and Analysis team. You will support development and delivery project managers ensuring the financial performance of our development activities is understood and challenged.

You’ll support the Lead Finance Business Partner in preparing financial analysis and understanding the monthly evolution of changes in our development pipeline, and of course the associated financial implications. You’ll work closely with Regional Heads in a number of geographies as their trusted Finance Business Partner.

Working as part of our wider FP&A team, you will be part of a high performing and skilled team with an aim to deliver a brilliant service, while maintaining a sense of fun. There is a great team spirit here and we all bring a great eye for detail, creative spark and passion for our roles.

A bit about you

You’ll have experience of working within a finance team, with your commercial acumen you can make commercial recommendations based on financial information. You’ll bring strong modelling/financial appraisal skills and be someone who loves data.

With an eye for the detail, you’ll support the Lead Finance Business Partner to identify future financial risks on our development schemes, ensuring these are accounted for and communicated appropriately.

Working flexibly

It’s the team’s unwritten rule that you attend the important appointments in life, be it your child’s school play, your partner’s graduation, or to get your new fridge delivered. You can elect to fit these around your working day or use your flexi to take the time off. Our focus is on getting the job done, not your working hours!
