Interim Estates Surveyor Role Available - Hybrid Working - £30 per hour

Your new company
You will work with a public sector organisation based in the Exeter and Devon region, and authority who are currently undertaking transformation across various forms, leading on economic growth from partnership work and collaboration. You will be working across a region which is seeing some of the fastest population growth in the country, with economic growth reaching transformational levels - there is now a focus on the city centre, promoting it as a place for investment and growth.

Your new role
As an experienced Surveyor, you will join a public sector corporate assets team who are focussed on achieving strategic city centre visions, undertaking property management and projects across the city to maximise the value and enhance the use of the assets. As a surveyor, you will undertake a wide range of landlord and tenant work, to include negotiation of rent reviews, lease renewals, easements and licences across the stock - which consists of public buildings, cafs, offices, and retail stores.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position, you will need to have worked in a Estates Surveyor, General Practice Surveyor or Landlord & Tentant Surveyor role previously, ideally working within a local authority setting.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an hourly rate of £30 per hour for 38 - 40 hours per week (part-time options are also available). You will be paid on a weekly basis, across the duration of your contract. In addtiion, you will be able to take advantage of a hybrid working scheme which includes home working for the majority of your role, with occasional visits to the Exeter region.
