Graduate Building Surveyor

Your new company
Hays are working in partnership with a leading local construction consultancy in their search for a Building Surveyor to join their team based in Belfast. This organisation offers Building Surveying and Quantity Surveying expertise to a range of public and private clients across the housing, education and healthcare sectors. Due to a strong order book they now seek a junior Building Surveyor to join their business.
Your new role
You will become a valued member of the Building surveying team and be based in their Belfast office. As a Building Surveyor you will be responsible for all of the technical aspects of a Building Surveying role as well as developing and maintaining the relationships between new and existing clients. Reporting to the Director, you will lead a mix of projects across the public and private sectors to build on your current skills and develop your career.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this position you must be degree qualified in Building Surveying with a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role. You should be a well presented "client facing" individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should be organised, eager to learn and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a busy team.
