Maintenance Engineer to join a leading global manufacturer at their facility in Portadown. Our client are a highly regarded employer and supplier to the environmental and energy sectors.
Your new role
As a maintenance engineer, you will be part of a team that ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the production machinery and equipment. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks, as well as troubleshoot and repair any breakdowns or faults. You will also work closely with the production team to ensure that the quality and safety standards are met at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience of mechanical or electrical maintenance within an industrial setting. You will need a proactive approach to work, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. You will be joining a team of maintenance engineers, so the ability to work well with others is also required.
What you'll get in return
This is a shift position meaning you will only work 10 shifts in a 21 day span leaving you plenty of free time or give you the chance to earn overtime. Ovetime is paid at x1.5 and x2 on Sundays giving you even further earning potential on top of the £45,000 basic. You will also receive a strong benefits package including 33 days annual leave pension scheme, an annual bonus plus more.
