Site Engineer - Permanent - Birmingham Sites - Main Contractor - Water Schemes - Civils

Your new company
You will be joining a main contractor working on water schemes in the West Midlands region. This multi-accredited organisation has a strong pipeline of work in the water sector, and they offer excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. Their commitment to delivering an exceptional standard of work has positioned them as a leader within the water sector and, due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Site Engineer to join their team.

Your new role
As Site Engineer, you will be based on sites predominantly in the Birmingham area and be responsible for, but not limited to, overseeing the selection and requisition of materials, planning works and organising plant, preparing reports as and when required, overseeing quality control and health and safety, checking plans and drawings as well as setting out, levelling and surveying sites.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will ideally hold a degree/HNC in Civil Engineering and have previous engineering experience in MEICA and/or civil works within the water sector. In addition, you will be able to collaborate with other project stakeholders and have sound numeracy and IT skills. Finally, you will hold relevant site cards and a full UK driving licence.
