Temporary Customer Service Administrator

Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £22,500 per annum or £12 - £13 hourly (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Temporary with the potential for permanent employment
Our High Wycombe-based client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering Customer Queries: Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing queries via phone and email.
  • Complaint Resolution: Respond to customer complaints and efficiently resolve issues.
  • Database Management: Update and maintain accurate customer records in databases.
  • Interdepartmental Communication: Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the wider team.
  • Requirements:
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and organisational skills.
  • Multitasking: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role
