Managing approximately 11,500 homes, we are proud to be an independent, not-for-profit housing association with the highest regulatory (G1/V1) rating. We also do much more than provide and manage housing, as we care for and support our customers through a range of services to help improve people's lives.

With a newly appointed Chief Executive, we are embarking upon an exciting period of change and growth. As our new CFO, you will be instrumental in bringing our vision and growth strategy to life, and alongside leading the finance, income collection, business intelligence and IT teams, the development team will also report to you as we aim to build nearly 800 new homes by 2026. In partnership with the Chief Executive and COO, youll play a key role in ensuring that within our high-performing culture, all of our colleagues feel empowered, engaged and motivated.

As well as being an inspirational leader with an outstanding financial management track record, youll bring the strategic perspectives required to add value across the business as a key member of an ambitious Executive Leadership Team. Youll have progressed your career in a people-centric organisation, and bring an energetic, collaborative stylex which embraces partnerships and joint ventures. Either an aspirant or established Executive Director, your insight into development finance, scheme appraisal and project viability will be highly valued.
