Reports to: Lead Learning Manager

Location: Flexible, can be based anywhere in the UK

Salary: Starting from £35,557 37,641, depending on experience +5% pension

Hours: 35 hours/week

Contract: Fixed term through July 2022, with the possibility of extension

Do you have an interest in social entrepreneurship and social impact? Are you looking for a role delivering high quality programmes?

The School for Social Entrepreneurs (SSE) are looking for a Learning Manager who has great people skills, including facilitation and taking a coaching approach and who has experience of designing, planning and delivering learning programmes. The Learning Manager will take the lead in the development and delivery of a new learning programme, Heritage Trade Up, supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, for leaders of heritage organisations.

This role will suit you if you are highly organised with strong multi-tasking abilities, have excellent communications skills and thrive in an autonomous work environment. It will be especially suited to you if you have an interest in and passion for the heritage sector.

School for Social Entrepreneurs (SSE) is a charity that supports people using entrepreneurial approaches to tackle complex social problems. We run practical learning programmes and courses to support people from all backgrounds to realise their potential and bring about lasting social and environmental change.
