DMG Medias Premium Digital portfolio is a new project working primarily with three brands with large growth potential, backed by the leading media company in the UK, DMG Media. DMG includes many well known and most loved brands including Daily Mail, Mail Online, The Mail on Sunday, Metro, and The i. Through our national newspapers, websites, and mobile services, we connect with over 45% of the UK's adult population with over 130 million consumer touch points per month. 

The Premium Digital portfolio is an ambitious project with talented and dedicated teams and a start-up mind-set. Your focus will be to set up, run and optimise CRM campaigns via email and onsite messaging, across the acquisition, subscription, and retention and lapsed readers. These will be highly aligned with the brand goals, and reporting on success will be key DMG Premium Digital Brands through working with the data teams and marketing leads.

The role is accountable for:

-DMG Premium Digital's day-to-day newsletters and CRM

-Setting up CRM campaigns that align with the brand MDs brand goals

-Setting the KPIs based on those goals

-Setting up and running engagement best practice

-Setting up and running lapsed win back best practice

-In collaboration with the wider CRM team, report on campaign performance and highlight opportunities to stakeholders and the wider business

-Optimising campaigns through the use of test and learn initiatives, and reporting on their success in line with business KPIs

-Setting up and running mobile and in-browser push best practice

-Work closely and advise editorial teams on newsletter best practice

-Work closely with design teams to create on-brand, mobile-first email templates, utilising best practice techniques

The role is accountable for:

-2 - 5 years of Email Marketing or CRM experience

-Fluency in email campaign management

-Detail-orientated and deadline-driven

-Strong analytical skills

-Passion for data and will be comfortable working with large data sets

-Proven track record of delivering results           

-Experience with SailThru would be a plus

-Working knowledge and understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript would be a plus

-Customer profiling and segmentation

-Email marketing automation is a plus

-Experience designing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests

-Experience with subscription business is preferred
